Refunds and cancellation

We do not give refunds. This applies to:

1. Plan charges, including the first charge after a free trial.
2. Credits that you buy.
3. One-off purchases.

You can cancel at any time.

1. Go to your account page.
2. Cancel your plan.
3. If you need help, email info@rpublc.com. We help you cancel.

When you cancel a plan, it does not renew. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the billing cycle that you paid for.

Free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, we charge the full plan price on the date that the trial ends. We do not refund that charge.

Credits that you buy do not expire. They stay on your account after you cancel a plan. We do not refund credits or exchange them for money.

Plan and trial credits end at the end of the billing cycle or the trial. We do not refund credits that you did not use.

Card check. For a trial paid in naira, Paystack takes ₦50 to check your card. This is not a purchase. Paystack returns it to your card.

Legal services. A legal partner quote shows its own terms. Those terms apply to that service.
